Experience

Emergency Management

Maintain Emergency Services programs containing 400+ Floor Wardens and 350+ Disaster Response Team Members for multiple business units and several building locations within the company and its subsidiaries.
Manage all aspects of preparedness training.
Participate in disaster response and Emergency Operations Center activation.
Planning and execution of annual building fire alarm evacuations, monthly radio drills, table top exercises, preparedness training sessions, and annual full-scale disaster exercises to ensure compliance of both City and County fire life safety requirements.
Assist with the development, maintenance, publication, and distribution of training materials, maps, manuals, directories, and plans.
Ordering and tracking of emergency supplies and safety equipment.
Integration of new technologies for incident response, employee notifications, and inspection records.

I have received my National Emergency Management Basic Academy certificate from the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Emergency Management Institute, my B.S. in Project Management from Colorado State University Global, specializing in Emergency Management, my A.A. in Theater Arts from Riverside Community College. I am originally from Southern California and had lived in Missouri for 8 years from 1999-2007. I am a Business & Industry Council for Emergency Planning & Preparedness Board Member, High-rise Fire Safety Director certified by the Los Angeles Fire Department, and alumni of the Golden Key, National Society of Leadership and Success – Sigma Alpha Pi (ΣΑΠ), and Alpha Gamma Sigma – Honor Society (ΑΓΣ). In my free time, I enjoy composing original songs, playing my accordion and guitars, researching emerging companies, listening to motivational podcasts, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
